Aerospace

Category	Product Applications
Commercial	Stretched and non-stretched Cell Cast Acrylic. Used in windshield and illumination panel for pilots in cockpit for commercial airlines and jets. Polycast blue/infrared laser filter customized to block specific wavelengths
Defense	Stretched and non-stretched Cell Cast Acrylic. Used in military aircraft canopies including helicopters.
Flame Retardant Sheet	Thermoformed to be used in non-flight flooring during plane construction and in commercial airplane seatbacks, armrests, and tray tables.

Building & Construction

Category	Product Applications
Building Security	Laminated and non-laminated Cast Acrylic. Cut into specific dimensions to become Bullet Resistant partitions used in drive thru lanes, banks and prisons.
Barriers	Polycarbonate, acrylic sheets, PETG. Cut into specific dimensions to become barriers (e.g. Covid-19 applications).
Pool & Spa	Acrylic, ABS and HDPE sheets. Thermoformed to meet dimensions for pools, spas, pool steps, and spa bottoms.
Exterior	Applications for home construction, including: Polystyrene, PVC, Polycarbonate, ABS sheets, Korad film. Thermoformed into exterior applications for the house including garage doors, shutters, window profiles, and window well covers.
Bath	Acrylic, Polystyrene sheets, Korad film. Thermoformed to meet dimensions for bath, showers, shower bottoms, and shower surrounds (e.g. marble appearance).

Healthcare & Medical

Category	Product Applications
Diagnostics	Polystyrene roll stock. Test Frames & Kits. 1-inch sliced, laminated, and heat-treated consumable slide housing. Thin gauge, monolayer sheet used as the structure for medical slides in diagnostic test.
Packaging	Polystyrene roll stock. Thermoformed and/or molded into medical packaging products, particularly trays.
PPE	Acrylic, Cellulose Acetate, and PETG sheets and roll stock. Thermoformed into face shields serving high-end (chemical resistance) and everyday use.
Medical Equipment	Royaltite® sheets, Cast Acrylic tube and sheet. Thermoformed into medical equipment housings. Housings for large diagnostic equipment (e.g., MRIs, CTs etc.). Used in flame retardant medical clean room walls. Used as large, graded reservoir. Machined for microfluidic manifolds. Flame retardant wall coverings for healthcare and pharma clean rooms.
Medical Implants	Cast Acrylic sheets, rods, and tubes. Thermoformed and/or ground molded into implants, specifically intraocular lenses, bone cement, cranial implants, continuous glucose monitors.

Industrial Films	PVC roll stock. White opaque thin film used for industrial labels (e.g. "hot" or "exit"). Films used for car wraps or decorative applications.
Sound Abatement	Mass filled vinyl roll stock. Sound dampening pipe wrap over LNG pipes. Sound dampening for buildings, factories, cinemas, etc.
Royalite®	Flame retardant Royalite® sheet and roll stock. Flexible, flame retardant pipes used in ventilation duct work for the mining industry.
Safety	Cast Acrylic sheet. Eye protection built into industrial lasers. Laser pointer protection for law enforcement and other applications. Welding filter for glass blowing and UV welding.
