Cell Casting

Cell Casting

Cell casting is a method used for creating poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) sheets. Liquid monomer is poured between two flat sheets of toughened glass sealed with a rubber gasket and heated for polymerization. It’s a manufacturing process best suited for applications where strength and optical clarity are critical. Cell casting techniques are employed in conjunction with stretching to produce a high optic sheet with improved mechanical properties.

Sustainability. The Key To Future Value.

We have placed sustainability, environment, social and governance (ESG) issues at the very center of our focus. Not simply to comply with regulations and standards, but to drive true change that transforms tomorrow. This, we believe, is how real value is created.
