Pat Carrothers

Chief Operating Officer

Pat Carrothers serves as Chief Operating Officer of Spartech, bringing more than 30 years of global manufacturing and operations leadership experience. Throughout his career, Pat has led large, multi-site manufacturing organizations with a focus on delivering operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, exceeding customer expectations, and delivering sustainable business results.

Prior to joining Spartech, Pat served as Vice President of U.S. Operations for Lennox, where he led U.S. manufacturing operations and the global materials center of excellence for its’ largest segment. Before Lennox, Pat spent 26 years with Corning Incorporated, holding a variety of global executive manufacturing and operations leadership roles in the United States and Asia.

Pat has extensive experience leading complex manufacturing organizations through periods of growth and transformation. His leadership approach emphasizes safety, customer service, operational discipline, continuous improvement, and the development of people and future leaders. He is passionate about building strong teams and creating operating systems that translate strategy into consistent execution and long-term value.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Syracuse University.
